What it does
A lead persona reads its own definition in full and adopts it, then loads a routing catalog to decide which of five specialist executives, covering technology, information systems, AI, marketing, or operations, should handle the request, handing off a briefing rather than doing the specialist's job itself. Seven defined tasks cover diagnosis, operations design, technology evaluation, fundraising planning, go-to-market planning, review, and setting vision, and two multi-agent workflows chain several of those tasks together for a board presentation or a strategic planning cycle.
