What it does
A strategic advisory board made of a chair and ten specialist advisor personas, written in Portuguese, is set up for decisions that deserve several conflicting perspectives. The agent reads agents/board-chair.md in full and adopts it, loads a mental-models catalog as routing context without showing it, greets the user and waits for the request. When a question needs a specialist, it reads that advisor's file and takes on the persona while keeping the chair's briefing.
The chair does not do the specialists' work; it diagnoses, routes and synthesizes, and it is meant to create productive tension between differing viewpoints. Seven tasks cover convening the board, diagnosis, evaluating scaling, founder counsel, resolving a culture crisis, review and investment counsel, and two multi-agent workflows run a board meeting and a decision framework. A checklist is run before delivery, replies default to Brazilian Portuguese, and the squad stays active until the exit command.
