What it does
Activating the squad means reading the chief agent's own definition file in full and adopting its persona, loading an MCP integration catalog as routing context without ever displaying it, greeting with that persona, and staying in the squad until the user explicitly exits. Routing to one of the seven specialists means reading that specialist's own file and taking on its persona while keeping the brief the chief already assembled.
Twenty-six tasks are executable scripts with defined inputs, steps and output formats, meant to be read in full and followed in order; a task marked as requiring elicitation must get an actual answer from the user at each point rather than assuming one or skipping ahead. Three multi-agent workflows chain several of these tasks together in a declared phase order, and a set of checklists cover readiness for an agent team, a brownfield project, a broader change, context rot, integration auditing, multi-agent review and a pre-push check.
