rational-buddhismApplies a skeptic's test to mystical or spiritual claims: keep what you can verify or try yourself, such as meditation, and set aside what cannot be falsified.
Following a chapter of Naval Ravikant's almanack, the skill gives a screen for deciding what to believe. A claim that cannot make a falsifiable prediction is not treated as a basic truth, evolution is the constraint for understanding what people are, and inner practices such as meditation, observation and acceptance are kept because they hold up when tried. Skepticism should not stop you from testing an experience yourself. The skill text is written in Chinese.
Four steps: ask whether the claim makes a falsifiable prediction; design a 30-day personal trial for anything you can experience and note the before and after; keep what works and drop what does not, whatever the source; and write three personal beliefs with the level of evidence for each. It steps back for people seeking religious comfort in dying or grief, cautions against applying falsifiability to areas like literature or love, and notes that self-testing is itself subjective evidence.
4 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.

Rational Buddhism loads about 685 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 57 tokens; SKILL.md has 153 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
