What it does
The skill delivers executable guidance for each reviewer concern: structured plans, evidence pointers and tone and strategy priorities. It does not write paste-ready rebuttal prose, and the author writes the final text. Its model is conditional persuasion: the reviewer's mindset, the rebuttal strategy chosen and the outcome, a score increase or acceptance.
The procedure inventories every numbered weakness and question in a table, asking whether other reviewers exist, then tags each as a misunderstanding, evidence gap, novelty, baseline fairness, scope claim, writing clarity, theory, efficiency or other concern. It scores the review on five to seven behavior signals, such as openness, severity, skepticism and actionability, maps them to a reviewer cluster with a stated confidence and the phrases that triggered the match, and reads that cluster's strategy priorities and historical up-rate. The excerpt is cut off at that point.
It is for conference reviews such as ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML and EMNLP, and for cases where a reviewer ignored a rebuttal. Requests to evaluate a research idea or review a paper before submission go to other skills, and the agent asks for the review text if none was given. Reference files cover a checklist, concern classification, a mindset library, matching heuristics, response templates and strategy dimensions.
