meeting-prep-ccBuilds a pre-meeting brief from your Obsidian vault: participant research, past notes, open commitments, a prioritized agenda and sharp questions.
You open Claude Code in your vault directory and name the participant, their company, the meeting type (WRS client, sales, strategy, partnership, interview or other) and the time, and the agent asks for the type if it is missing. It then searches the vault for the person and company, looks through earlier meeting-prep notes, and greps the vault for open commitments such as TODOs, action items, follow-ups and promises.
The brief follows references/brief-template.md, with agendas drawn from meeting-types.md and questions from question-banks.md. It is saved under the vault's meeting-prep folder with the date and participant's last name, and a three-line summary is printed: who the person is, why the meeting matters and the single sharpest question. It needs bash access and a vault with the expected folder structure, and calls no external APIs. A variant file for OpenClaw is included.

Meeting Prep Brief loads about 922 tokens when it runs, and up to ~2.5k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 70 tokens; SKILL.md has 157 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Without a licence we can't republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 157 words (~922 tokens).
“Generate a meeting prep brief from your Obsidian vault. Researches participants, surfaces vault history, builds a prioritized agenda, and generates sharp questions. No autonomy — you run it, you get your brief.”

Builds a pre-meeting brief from your Obsidian vault: participant research, past notes, open commitments, a prioritized agenda and sharp questions. Meeting Prep Brief fits situations like: preparing for a sales call or partnership meeting with notes you already hold; reviewing past interactions and open commitments before a client meeting; drafting a strong question list before an interview.

SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Meeting Prep Brief is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: Claude Code with bash tool access; An Obsidian vault with the expected bambf folder structure.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
No licence was found for Meeting Prep Brief or its repository. Without one, default copyright applies: ask the author before reusing or redistributing it.
About 922 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.7k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 1.5k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
