HyperFrames Motion Doctrine
heygen-com/hyperframes
Sets the motion rules for HyperFrames videos so scenes read as one continuous camera move, covering exit-to-entry vectors, seams, idle motion and sustained motion.
Prepare and select character motion references, or transfer approved motion to a human reference for a later mocap workflow.

motion-reference-workflowPrepare and select character motion references, or transfer approved motion to a human reference for a later mocap workflow.
Motion Reference Workflow is an agent skill from witnesstodark/mr-mak-workspace. Prepare and select character motion references, or transfer approved motion to a human reference for a later mocap workflow.
Its SKILL.md is about 610 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
The repository describes itself as: A local desktop workspace for Codex and Claude Code, with project reports, creative skills and optional voice. The licence is MIT.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 1e0c7c3. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Motion Reference Workflow loads about 607 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 38 tokens; SKILL.md has 322 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

.claude/skills/motion-reference-workflow/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder).Resolve whether the user needs a character reference video for authored animation or human footage for a later mocap tool. The camera follows that purpose. Character-first and human-first are both valid; preserve the user's chosen route.
Establish the opening pose, action, contact point, recovery, duration and camera. Use the approved character identity. Before a new video, verify its first-frame pose instead of relying on a model to invent the correct start. Keep framing stable enough to read the relevant limbs and contacts.
Choose the provider/model from the user's selection or current discovery. Use the fal or Higgsfield module for execution and recovery. The number of candidates comes from the task; do not impose a costly fixed batch.
Review support changes, strike readability, foot contact, impossible joints, interpenetration, unwanted camera motion and loop seams. Keep candidate names and decisions stable. Preserve longer source motion when creating a shorter gameplay variant, and record event times in seconds as well as frames.
For an appearance transfer, use the accepted video as motion authority and the approved human/reference image for appearance. Preserve camera and timing; do not recreate the action from text. Check the transferred limbs and contacts. Generated human-looking footage is not itself captured skeleton data. A later mocap extraction and its quality checks remain separate work.
Keep a small take ledger: source, prompt or edit intent, provider/model, local result, observed problems and decision. Distinguish generated, reviewed, selected and approved. Carry the selected take's identity into the animation handoff. For a creature-to-human transfer, verify which limb represents each contact and reject anatomy changes that destroy the original action. Preserve the original and any timed trim; do not replace a motion reference with a new performance merely because its appearance is cleaner.
Example: a two-second robot walk loop with fixed camera and readable foot contacts. A successful clip must loop cleanly and retain the approved robot; remote completion alone does not establish those properties.

SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Motion Reference Workflow is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Motion Reference Workflow is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 607 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.4k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
