standupSweeps every Superset workspace, task and agent terminal to report what finished, what needs review and what is blocked, read-only, and can publish the digest as a page.
Run on request or when you return after time away, the skill calls a sweep script that lists workspaces and tasks, then reads the last screen of every agent terminal in each workspace, tolerating individual read failures. A remote host or a different terminal tail length can be passed as options, and if bash or jq is unavailable the same information is gathered by calling the underlying CLI commands directly.
Each workspace is classified as needing you (finished and awaiting review, a question, a permission prompt or a failure), in flight, blocked on something external, or stale and idle. The report leads with what needs you, one line per item naming the workspace, agent, state and next action, then lists in-flight and completed work and stale-workspace cleanup suggestions, quoting at most one relevant line per agent. It is entirely read-only: it never sends input to a terminal or modifies a task. When someone else will read the digest, or it should persist, it can be written to an HTML file and published as a page tied to a workspace.
3 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 4ec5b6e. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:

Ships 1 file in scripts/ (Shell), which the agent can run.

Superset Agent Standup loads about 712 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 84 tokens; SKILL.md has 347 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 347 words (~712 tokens).
“Answer "what happened while I was away?" from real state, not guesses. Entirely read-only.”

Superset Agent Standup fits situations like: checking what happened across all agent workspaces after being away; getting a morning digest of overnight agent work; finding which workspaces need review versus which are still running.
Run `npx skills add superset-sh/superset --skill standup -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (plugins/superset/skills/standup in superset-sh/superset) into .claude/skills/standup in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add superset-sh/superset --skill standup -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (plugins/superset/skills/standup in superset-sh/superset) into .agents/skills/standup in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add superset-sh/superset --skill standup -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/standup, .gemini/skills/standup, .github/skills/standup and .opencode/skills/standup in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Superset Agent Standup needs a shell for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (bash). Our summary lists: The superset CLI; Bash and jq (optional, falls back to direct CLI calls). Its frontmatter pre-approves these tools: Bash(superset:*), Bash(bash ${CLAUDE_SKILL_DIR}/scripts/sweep.sh *).
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Superset Agent Standup has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 712 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.8k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
