The skill is written in Chinese for applicants preparing NSFC proposals. It collects project details, ideally through the form in `references/info_form.md`, and asks three to six questions about the research object, the gap, early findings, the hypothesis and the research content when information is missing. It then drafts a five-part abstract: importance, the scientific question, evidence of feasibility, research content in three or four points, and significance.
Output is a Chinese abstract of at most 400 characters and an English abstract of up to 4000 characters that must be a faithful translation, plus title suggestions: one recommended and five candidates with reasons. Length is enforced by a loop of drafting, running `scripts/validate_abstract.py`, compressing and rechecking for up to three rounds before asking you how to proceed. Results go to `NSFC-ABSTRACTS.md`, and limits sit in `config.yaml`.
It is not meant for translating unrelated text or for writing other proposal sections such as the rationale, research content or research foundation, which have their own nsfc skills.
