Written in Chinese, the skill covers one part of an NSFC application: the research significance within the project rationale. That means the background (national strategy, practical difficulties, academic questions and the project's approach), the theoretical significance and the practical significance. It needs your research content, methods, technical route, innovations, goals and key scientific questions, and asks follow-up questions when something is missing.
The agent works in seven steps: read the bundled style guide and structure template, analyze the topic and discipline, map each of your inputs to a background paragraph, search the web for national or ministry policy documents and for statistics from authoritative sources, produce an outline for your approval, write the full text, then run checklists for completeness, exaggerated wording and coverage of four dimensions. The output lists the policies and statistics it used, with years, figures, sources and links.
