This Chinese-language skill writes section 1.2 of an NSFC grant proposal: the review of domestic and international research status and the critical assessment of that literature. It treats the review as part of the proposal's argument rather than a pile of abstracts, so it first reads your research idea, research contents and key scientific questions to decide the thematic structure and the research gap to argue for.
Before writing, the agent must read bundled knowledge-base files on review style, organizing patterns and mapping literature to research questions, methods and innovation, plus references such as an input form, output skeletons, a validation menu and an anti-pattern list. An internal search package runs Python scripts that query several sources in parallel, then merge, deduplicate, rank and format the results as BibTeX, using journal priority and blacklist data. Zotero through MCP or local file search is optional, and API keys go in an .env file.
