i18n-translationsHow to add user-facing text to Handsontable through language constants and locale files, and how to handle right-to-left layouts, IME input and locale-aware casing.
Every user-visible string in Handsontable goes through the i18n system in src/i18n. Adding one starts with a language constant in constants.ts, written in upper snake case from a namespace prefix and key, then English text added to every language file under src/i18n/languages, which hold more than 20 locales and import the constants as C. Plural strings use an array of singular and plural forms, and a brand new language file also needs its barrel export. Code reads a phrase with getTranslatedPhrase.
Right-to-left layouts use layoutDirection set to rtl with logical CSS properties such as inset-inline-start in place of left, tested with the ar-AR or fa-IR locales. Editors must leave composition state alone, since they handle compositionstart, compositionupdate and compositionend for CJK input. Lowercasing cell data goes through the localeLowerCase helper rather than toLocaleLowerCase, which an ESLint rule enforces, and it keeps special casing for Turkish, Azeri and Lithuanian.

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit ef6da87. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md (its code samples are javascript).

Handsontable i18n and Translations loads about 439 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 45 tokens; SKILL.md has 149 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 149 words (~439 tokens).

chamilo/chamilo-lms
Gives a route in Chamilo's Vue app its breadcrumb entirely from router meta fields, without editing the Breadcrumb component or naming pages.
lobehub/lobehub
Walks through adding a keyboard shortcut to LobeHub: the id type, default registration, translation text, the hook and an optional tooltip, plus scope and conflict advice.
vechain/x-app-template
Generic frontend development patterns for VeChain dApps — React Query, Turborepo architecture, state management, Chakra UI, i18n, loading states, and transaction UX.
remix-run/react-router
Guides work on React Router apps by first identifying whether the app uses Framework, Data or Declarative mode, then loading the matching reference and the installed package docs.
ChrisWiles/claude-code-showcase
Sets patterns for React interfaces: when to show loading spinners or skeletons, how to surface errors, how to disable buttons during async work and how to handle empty lists.
handsontable/handsontable
Guides writing and changing Playwright end-to-end tests for Handsontable using page objects, data-testid hooks and deterministic waits.
handsontable/handsontable
Guides changes to the @handsontable/angular-wrapper package: the HotTableComponent lifecycle, NgZone performance handling, settings services and the ng-packagr build.
handsontable/handsontable
Opens a live BrowserStack session on a real Android, iOS or desktop browser for a local or public URL, tunneling localhost through Cloudflare when needed.
handsontable/handsontable
Decides whether a code change needs a changelog entry and creates the JSON file in .changelogs with the right type, framework and user-facing title.
handsontable/handsontable
Queries a pre-built, Tree-sitter-based code graph of the whole monorepo instead of grepping call chains, for exploring, debugging, refactoring or reviewing code.
handsontable/handsontable
Explains Handsontable's physical, visual and renderable row and column coordinate spaces and how to convert between them with IndexMapper, for debugging misplaced rows or columns.
