The skill separates AI-first, which uses AI to automate existing tasks faster, from AI-shaped, which redesigns how a product team operates around AI by building a trusted shared reality layer, orchestrating AI workflows and compressing learning cycles. It frames the difference as organizational redesign around AI as co-intelligence rather than a tool choice, with one test: if a competitor could copy your AI use just by adding people, it is efficiency and not differentiation.
You describe how your team uses AI today, even if barely, and optionally add team size, product domain and the competency you suspect is weakest. The advisor then walks through a maturity assessment across five PM competencies for 2026, starting with context design, finds the gaps and gives concrete recommendations on which capability to build first. Text passed with the invocation counts as already answered, and arriving with nothing is fine because it asks how AI shows up in your daily product work.
