source-mssql-e2e-testsStands up a throwaway local SQL Server 2022 backend, applies SQL fixtures and runs Airbyte spec, check, discover and read against source-mssql images.
This is a local end-to-end harness for the Airbyte source-mssql connector. It starts a SQL Server 2022 container named source-mssql-db-backend, applies SQL fixtures you supply, and runs the protocol commands spec, check, discover and read against any airbyte/source-mssql image tag through the airbyte-ops regression-test command. Engine-independent orchestration lives in a shared db-harness-lib folder, while this skill keeps the backend scripts, fixtures and config templates.
Output goes under a working directory, /tmp/source-mssql-repro by default, with the rendered config.json, a derived configured_catalog.json and one folder per command holding stdout, stderr and report files in Markdown and HTML. It is for non-CDC reproductions and serves as the base for a separate CDC skill. Docker, uv with airbyte-internal-ops, jq and a clone of the airbyte repository are needed, but no GSM or Cloud admin credentials.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 38c668c. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.

source-mssql E2E Test Harness loads about 4.4k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 87 tokens; SKILL.md has 1,609 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 1,609 words (~4,359 tokens).

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, source-mssql E2E Test Harness needs a shell for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (jq, docker, uv and uvx). Our summary lists: Docker; uv, with airbyte-internal-ops installed; jq; A clone of the airbytehq/airbyte repository.
SKILL.md names 2 domains. As links in the text: docs.astral.sh and github.com. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
source-mssql E2E Test Harness has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 4.4k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 17k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
