source-snowflake-e2e-testsRuns the Airbyte protocol sweep for a source-snowflake image against the shared Snowflake integration account, in an isolated per-run schema.
This is an end-to-end harness for the source-snowflake connector. Every run uses a fresh schema named PROVEFIX_ plus the run id in the shared Snowflake integration account. It needs Docker, uv, jq, a gcloud login that can read the secret holding the Snowflake config (or an existing SNOWFLAKE_CONFIG_FILE) and a clone of the airbyte repository.
Isolation is strict. Each run asserts that its schema is absent before the control and target runs, refuses pre-existing schemas that lack the run's marker, drops the schema in an exit trap, and never touches schemas outside PROVEFIX_. scripts/sweep-orphans.sh lists or drops old PROVEFIX_ schemas, defaulting to four hours. Only sf.py talks to Snowflake, and only configs the scripts fetched are removed at teardown, so a config you supply survives.
The cursor upper-bound canary compares fixed version 1.1.1 with control 1.1.0. After an initial sync on the control image, it inserts a sub-microsecond boundary row and replays the saved state on both versions: 1.1.0 loses the row because it floors the upper bound, while 1.1.1 emits it. Snowflake uppercases identifiers, so cursor and stream names must be given in capitals. The excerpt is cut off where the gotchas begin.

Source Snowflake E2E Tests loads about 918 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 70 tokens; SKILL.md has 362 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 362 words (~918 tokens).

This is an end-to-end harness for the source-snowflake connector. Every run uses a fresh schema named PROVEFIX_ plus the run id in the shared Snowflake integration account.
Source Snowflake E2E Tests fits situations like: verifying a source-snowflake connector image against a real Snowflake account; proving a fix by comparing a control and a target connector version; running the cursor upper-bound canary; cleaning up leftover PROVEFIX schemas from earlier runs.
Run `npx skills add airbytehq/airbyte --skill source-snowflake-e2e-tests -a claude-code`. Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Source Snowflake E2E Tests needs a shell and Python for the scripts in its folder. Our summary lists: Docker, uv and jq; gcloud with read access to the Snowflake config secret, or a SNOWFLAKE_CONFIG_FILE; A clone of the airbyte repository.
SKILL.md names 1 domain. As links in the text: docs.astral.sh. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Source Snowflake E2E Tests has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 918 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.7k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
