cpr-github-prPrepares, creates, updates and reviews GitHub PRs for the codex-proxy-rs repository, including replying to discussions, with a mode-based reading flow and a fixed reply tone.
The skill first fixes the scope: creating a PR covers the in-scope commits and the push, review is read-only by default, and neither includes merging. Preparing only a title or body writes nothing remote, a question about whether something can be merged is treated as a review, and posting comments, approving or requesting changes needs matching authorization. The target branch for this repository is main.
It loads only the reference for the current mode: references/create.md for creating or updating, references/review.md for reviewing, plus the contributing guide's sections on AI disclosure, UI verification and documentation checks when they apply. Shared checks include verifying the problem against the target branch, looking for duplicate PRs and issues, covering the full diff and call chain, recording the real AI tool and model used, and keeping the PR as Draft while screenshots or model details are pending. Replies use a polite first-person tone, and remote actions prefer connectors or gh with an explicit --repo. The SKILL.md is written in Chinese.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit f174320. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

GitHub PR Workflow for codex-proxy-rs loads about 450 tokens when it runs, and up to ~2.3k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 19 tokens; SKILL.md has 73 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
