cpr-releasePlans versions, writes release notes, publishes stable or pre-release builds and recovers from failed releases for Codex Proxy RS, without covering deploys or tag cleanup.
The skill carries the release procedure for the Codex Proxy RS repository. It follows the version, scope and authorization you set: preparing a version or asking whether it can ship performs no remote writes, while an explicit go-ahead lets the agent finish the authorized steps without asking again. Tagging alone is not treated as a full release, and publishing does not include upgrading running instances or merging experimental features. Stable, alpha, beta and rc builds publish from main, and experimental builds publish from a matching experimental branch.
Work is read by task. Recommending a version number, writing or translating release notes, checking release readiness, performing the release, recovering from a failure and handling experimental builds each map to a section of the preparation, operations or experimental references, read by heading instead of loading whole files. Fixes to code, workflows or ordinary docs go to the cpr-dev-guide skill, and pull-request work to cpr-github-pr.
Boundaries are firm. release/publish commits, tags, pushes and triggers workflows, with no dry-run mode, so it must not be used to probe. A same-name version, timeout or interruption calls for checking local and remote state first, never deleting or moving published tags or force-pushing. Pre-releases must not overwrite GitHub Latest or the mirror latest tag, and success is reported only with the version, commit, release and workflow links and the real results. The skill text is written in Chinese.

Codex Proxy RS Release loads about 327 tokens when it runs, and up to ~3.6k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 19 tokens; SKILL.md has 53 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
