pr-reviewReviews ExecuTorch pull requests or local branches for what CI cannot check, using a checklist, with an optional detailed line-by-line mode.
The skill reviews pull requests for the ExecuTorch repository, concentrating on issues CI cannot catch and guided by a review-checklist.md file. It has four ways to start: no argument, in which case it asks what to review and does not review anything; a PR number or URL, using the gh CLI to fetch PR data; a local branch compared with main, using git; and a GitHub Actions mode, detected from the formatted context tags injected into the prompt.
A detailed option adds line-by-line comments. In Actions mode the PR metadata, body and comments are already in the prompt, so only git commands are used for the diff and commit log, with no gh calls. For a local branch, the summary comes from the commit messages and the diff, and the branch name replaces the PR number in the review header.
4 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 852b1ff. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
gitghFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use git and gh, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
ExecuTorch PR Review loads about 2.9k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 51 tokens; SKILL.md has 1,325 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 1,325 words (~2,870 tokens).

Run `npx skills add pytorch/executorch --skill pr-review -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/pr-review in pytorch/executorch) into .claude/skills/pr-review in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add pytorch/executorch --skill pr-review -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/pr-review in pytorch/executorch) into .agents/skills/pr-review in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add pytorch/executorch --skill pr-review -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/pr-review, .gemini/skills/pr-review, .github/skills/pr-review and .opencode/skills/pr-review in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, ExecuTorch PR Review needs the command-line tools its instructions call (git and gh). Our summary lists: The GitHub CLI (gh) for reviews of numbered PRs; A checkout of the ExecuTorch repository.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use git and gh, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
ExecuTorch PR Review has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 2.9k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 11k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
