cpr-dev-guideRoutes development, troubleshooting, review and documentation tasks on the Codex Proxy RS repository to the right section of its docs, instead of loading the whole architecture or contributing guide.
This is a navigation skill for a Rust-based self-hosted Codex proxy gateway. A table maps the current task, such as development and troubleshooting, a module or call-chain change, Rust work, page development, API or deployment work, SDK or plugin work, or documentation changes, to the specific sections of CONTRIBUTING.md, docs/architecture.md, docs/theme.md or docs/api.md that actually need reading, rather than the whole file. It tells the agent to locate section boundaries with a regex search before reading a range, and not to assume a document's mention of Rust, Vue, plugins or releases means that whole workflow must be loaded.
It also sets priorities for reference material: when a question touches Codex's own behavior or protocol, the official openai/codex source for the matching version comes first, and a third-party repository only offers investigation clues, never a substitute for official behavior. Closing steps require a self-review of the diff for scope creep and duplicate rules, reading only the verification section that matches the change, and writing a short Chinese file-header comment on every Rust file describing its responsibility.
Documentation edits follow a hard rule that ordinary docs describe the current state only, never a change history, and PR, issue and release tasks route to their own separate skills.

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Codex Proxy RS Development Guide loads about 618 tokens when it runs, and up to ~1.4k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 20 tokens; SKILL.md has 82 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

About 618 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.5k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 803 tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
