What it does
A Chinese-language skill that browses the official sites of central government bodies, such as the central government portal and the ministries for finance, commerce, education and health, and writes a daily report in the formal report document type. It follows collect, verify, draft. Each item records the issuing body, title, one-line substance, date and source URL, with 6 to 10 items for the day or the last one or two working days.
Hard rules limit it to read-only web search and fetch, one site at a time at low frequency, respecting robots rules and copyright, and never inventing a body, figure, document number or date; unverifiable items are left out. The draft follows a fixed outline: overall situation, key developments by ministry, issues to watch and suggested next steps, with judgments kept apart from verified facts. A Python script can export the draft to .docx, and the skill builds on a broader official-document drafting skill.
