novel-to-gameOrchestrates turning a novel in any language into a playable game, from requirements intake and source-grounded analysis through design, build and QA.
This is the entry point for a family of skills that adapt a novel into a game on a chosen target platform. It acts as a director: it drafts PRODUCT_BRIEF.md from the source, asks about ambiguities only when they change direction or raise rights, content-rating or platform risks, and lists lower-risk gaps as unconfirmed assumptions instead of stopping on each one. Three modes exist: quick (the default), director (pauses so you can pick a direction) and resume (continues from _progress.md).
The pipeline calls novel-game-analyze for a source-grounded SOURCE_BIBLE.md, game-concept for CONCEPT.md, game-world-design for GAME_DESIGN.md, game-art-direction for ART_DIRECTION.md, and game-build and game-qa for the build and the minimum QA checks. A white-box candidate is built against the biggest design risk before full art production, and problems go back to the product, design, art or build owner.
Plot has to become player verbs, choices and world feedback rather than a chapter-by-chapter replay, and replayable rules, not a generative model, decide state changes, resource settlement and irreversible commitments. Output follows the language you name or the chat language, with source evidence kept in its original language. The SKILL.md is written mainly in Chinese.

Novel to Game loads about 567 tokens when it runs, and up to ~2.1k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 158 tokens; SKILL.md has 85 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
