google-flightsSearches Google Flights for prices, schedules and availability through browser automation with URL-based queries, and stops short of booking.
The agent runs `agent-browser` commands through the shell rather than a web search tool. The fast path builds a Google Flights URL from origin, destination and dates, and it supports round trips, one way, business or first class, passenger counts, airport codes or city names, then opens the page and takes a snapshot. Domestic economy searches take two tool calls; international ones take three, using separate sessions for economy and business so the fares can be compared.
Domestic means both ends are US airports, and by default only economy fares are shown, with business class added when you ask for it or the route is international. Premium economy and multi-city searches do not work through the URL. The skill finds flights and gives booking links but does not complete purchases, leaves hotels and rental cars to other skills, and cannot show historical prices because Google Flights shows current ones only. The excerpt is cut off before the output format.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 3704204. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:
Bash(agent-browser:*)From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md (its code samples are bash).
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
Hosts in commands or code, which the agent is likely to contact:
google.comFrom URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Google Flights Search loads about 1.5k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 103 tokens; SKILL.md has 412 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from taracodlabs/aiden at commit 3704204, republished under its AGPL-3.0 licence (© taracodlabs). 412 words, ~1,528 tokens.

agent-browser --session flights wait --load networkidle
agent-browser --session flights snapshot -iKey rules: use fill not type for airports; always click suggestions (never press Enter); wait 2s after typing for autocomplete; re-snapshot after every interaction.
| Rule | Why |
|---|---|
| Prefer URL fast path | 2-3 calls vs 15+ interactive |
Chain open && wait with && | Saves a round-trip |
| Skip business for domestic | US domestic business is 3-5x cost, rarely needed unless asked |
Parallel snapshots with & + wait | Both run concurrently for international |
wait --load networkidle | Smarter than fixed wait 5000 |
| Keep results session alive | Needed for booking clicks; close biz after price delta extracted |
| Always offer booking links after results | Users almost always want to book |

SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Google Flights Search is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: The `agent-browser` command-line tool; Network access to Google Flights. Its frontmatter pre-approves these tools: Bash(agent-browser:*).
SKILL.md names 1 domain. In commands or code: google.com; the agent is likely to contact it when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Google Flights Search is published under the AGPL-3.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 1.5k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 6.1k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
