What it does
The agent starts by asking about the business: company type (for example LLC, WFOE or sole proprietor), industry, and the province and city of registration. Company size, business scope, registration stage and any foreign shareholders are optional extras that sharpen the results.
It then runs several targeted web searches through the Tavily search tool, covering registration requirements, industry licences and compliance obligations, and cross-references what it finds against an internal policy knowledge base through an Enterprise Policy Matcher tool. The skill ships a Python script, search_compliance.py, and a reference file on registration requirements. It needs python3 and a Tavily API key.
