enterprise-profileBuilds a six-dimension profile of a company and matches it against tax policies to find applicable incentives, obligations, risks and optimization options.
The skill assembles an enterprise profile from the tenant's stored settings (industry, region, scale and tax types) and from questions put to you about business scope and special qualifications such as high-tech enterprise or software enterprise status. The profile covers six dimensions: industry, region, scale, tax types, business scope and special status, with examples drawn from the Chinese tax system, such as VAT and corporate income tax.
The profile is saved as structured JSON and sent to a policy-matching API, or searched with the bundled `match_policies.py` script by industry, region and tax type. For each matched policy the agent assesses eligibility, requirements and benefits, then reports applicable tax benefits, compliance obligations and deadlines, risk areas and optimization suggestions. A reference file, `policy_dimensions.md`, is included.
It is tied to the Financial RAG backend: it needs tenant settings, the endpoints `/api/v1/tenant-settings/me` and `/api/v1/policy/match`, and the `PolicyRetrievalService`, so it is not a standalone tax tool.
5 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 94b16cd. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:
BashReadWritesearch_webget_current_time_and_contextFrom allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Ships 1 file in scripts/ (Python), which the agent can run.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
curlpythonFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use curl, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Requires: TenantSettings (industry, region, scale, tax_types) API: GET /api/v1/tenant-settings/me (current tenant profile) API: POST /api/v1/policy/match (enterprise-policy matching) Service: PolicyRetrievalService.match_enterprise_policies()
From compatibility in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Enterprise Tax Profile Matching loads about 1.5k tokens when it runs, and up to ~2.6k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 85 tokens; SKILL.md has 437 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check noted patterns worth knowing about, such as sudo or a known installer.
allowed-tools: Bash, Read, Write, search_web, get_current_time_and_contextAutomated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Without a licence we can't republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 437 words (~1,533 tokens).

Enterprise Tax Profile Matching fits situations like: building a company profile for tax-policy matching; checking which tax incentives an enterprise may qualify for; producing a compliance profile with obligations and deadlines.
Run `npx skills add Serein-81/financial_rag --skill enterprise-profile -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (rag_backend/skills/public/enterprise-profile in Serein-81/financial_rag) into .claude/skills/enterprise-profile in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.

Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add Serein-81/financial_rag --skill enterprise-profile -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/enterprise-profile, .gemini/skills/enterprise-profile, .github/skills/enterprise-profile and .opencode/skills/enterprise-profile in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Enterprise Tax Profile Matching needs Python for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (curl and python). Our summary lists: The Financial RAG backend with its tenant settings and policy matching endpoints; Tenant settings that include industry, region, scale and tax types; Python to run `match_policies.py`. Its frontmatter pre-approves these tools: Bash, Read, Write, search_web, get_current_time_and_context. Compatibility (from SKILL.md): Requires: TenantSettings (industry, region, scale, tax_types) API: GET /api/v1/tenant-settings/me (current tenant profile) API: POST /api/v1/policy/match (enterprise-policy matching) Service: PolicyRetrievalService.match_enterprise_policies() .
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use curl, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found notes only (pre-approves every shell command (allowed-tools: bash)), nothing it rates as a warning. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
No licence was found for Enterprise Tax Profile Matching or its repository. Without one, default copyright applies: ask the author before reusing or redistributing it.
About 1.5k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 6.1k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 1.1k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
