ak-planBreaks a project into dependency-aware Tasks on an Agent Kanban board through Realmroot Toolbox, previews them for approval, then follows each Task through review.
AK Plan is for explicit requests to plan or run a project on an Agent Kanban board. The agent first reads the repository and the existing boards, repositories and tasks through realmroot toolbox, then defines the architecture direction, shared contracts, ownership boundaries and dependency graph. Work is split by independently reviewable behavior or module rather than chronological steps or job titles, with no final catch-all QA Task, because each Task owns its implementation and proof.
Before anything is created, you see the full Board and Task preview, with each Task's goal, assignee, repository, dependencies and acceptance checks, and you must confirm. Boards and repositories are created only if missing, assignees come from Agents reporting schedulable true, and each Task is created unassigned and then patched with its assignee. Real prerequisites go into dependsOn, and only independent Tasks run in parallel. After creation the agent keeps waiting in bounded intervals until every Task is terminal, and it verifies submitted work and rereads the Task before each review decision.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 7fea6dc. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md (its code samples are bash).
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
AK Plan loads about 903 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 57 tokens; SKILL.md has 298 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 298 words (~903 tokens).

Turns a one-line objective into a multi-step plan file with PR-sized steps, context briefs, a dependency graph, parallel-step detection and an adversarial review.
Yeachan-Heo/oh-my-claudecode
Delivery pipeline from mission brief to verified change: writes a spec, splits it into tickets, runs them in parallel, verifies and reports a decision log after a repo audit gate.
LeoYeAI/openclaw-master-skills
A skill your agent uses when a request requires multi-agent workflow orchestration (task decomposition + dependency/DAG + parallel execution), needs durable task tracking across context compaction…
fynnfluegge/agtx
Runs a whole project unattended on an agtx kanban board, decomposing the goal, starting tasks, unblocking workers and merging each result.
xvirobotics/metabot
Documents the metabot teams command surface for creating durable teams, spawning teammates, dispatching tasks and inspecting their runs across engine sessions.
open-gsd/gsd-core
Runs several small /gsd-quick tasks as one batch, with a single coordinator that plans them, dispatches workers per item and owns all shared writes and worktree merges.
saltbo/agent-kanban
Creates, assigns, monitors and reviews one Agent Kanban task through the realmroot toolbox command line, only when you ask for an AK task.
saltbo/agent-kanban
Lets an agent read, claim, update and submit an assigned Agent Kanban task through the Realmroot Toolbox CLI, with progress notes and a review handoff.
saltbo/agent-kanban
Acts as a manager in Agent Kanban: reviews the board on scheduled or heartbeat runs, creates and assigns tasks to worker agents, and reviews their submissions.

Run `npx skills add saltbo/agent-kanban --skill ak-plan -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/ak-plan in saltbo/agent-kanban) into .claude/skills/ak-plan in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add saltbo/agent-kanban --skill ak-plan -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/ak-plan in saltbo/agent-kanban) into .agents/skills/ak-plan in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add saltbo/agent-kanban --skill ak-plan -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/ak-plan, .gemini/skills/ak-plan, .github/skills/ak-plan and .opencode/skills/ak-plan in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: AK Plan is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: The realmroot CLI with Toolbox access to an Agent Kanban instance.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
AK Plan has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 903 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.6k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
