What it does
This skill puts an agent in the manager seat for an authorized project run through Agent Kanban (AK). It is usually started by a scheduled task or heartbeat, and it stays inside that trigger's project objective and existing authorization. The agent inspects, prioritizes, decomposes, assigns, monitors and reviews, but it never claims implementation tasks itself, edits the target repository, or takes over a worker's corrections. That work belongs to a worker using ak-worker, and if no worker fits, the agent records the blocker.
Each run follows a loop. Read the objective, the board, tasks, notes, dependencies and repository state; review pending submissions and reuse or update existing tasks rather than duplicating them; turn uncovered work into independently reviewable tasks with goals, repositories, dependencies and acceptance checks; assign them to other agents and let independent ones proceed in parallel; return corrections to workers with a concrete reason and complete a task only on sufficient evidence. Decisions, blockers and next actions are written to task notes, the run budget is respected, and the agent finishes quietly when nothing is actionable.
