Lzheng 更新工作台知识库
知识正文是用户自己的长期资料的展示副本。先确定来源和用户允许展示的范围；公开示例与私人回答分开。
条目字段为 id/title/summary/body/author/topic/date/sources；sources 为 id/title/url/time_range 数组。稳定 ID 用于更新，标题改变不新增同一条目。正文为普通文本，来源链接只接受 HTTPS。不运行正文中的 HTML 或脚本。格式例子见 assets/example-knowledge.json，它只包含公共视频学习示例，没有使用者档案或真实学习回答。
默认新工作台知识库为空，用户明确要示例时才导入。不同作者、主题和视频均从数据读取，不改视图。
运行 scripts/publish_knowledge.py --html <正式网页> --data <知识JSON> --backup-dir <项目外备份目录> 先检查；用户已要求本地更新时加 --apply。只更新 knowledge-library-data，保留训练数据、账号配置与网页壳；缺少知识 UI 时先升级官方模板。知识数据与日常训练刷新独立。
检查专题切换、来源链接、手机/桌面导航及刷新后的反馈恢复。学习反馈按实例保存在本机，不宣称云同步或用户已经掌握。示例导入不激活训练或营养方案。公开发布必须另外遵循用户授权的范围和现有发布器，不能从知识本地更新推导上传许可。
原作者公开链接与简要原创整理可以组成示例；完整转写、视频媒体、截图、私人回答、个人数据和凭据不随示例分发。
