3coding-visualMath modeling stage that turns an analysis report into reproducible code, validates the solutions, writes RESULTS_REPORT.md and produces data-driven PDF charts for the paper.
This stage follows the analysis-modeling step and turns the models in reports/ANALYSIS_MODELING_REPORT.md into programs that can be rerun. The agent sets up code and figures folders following plan.md, then works sub-problem by sub-problem: read the data, implement the model, check constraints, output core results, draw charts, and record method, key numbers and validation in reports/RESULTS_REPORT.md. Optimization problems need a feasible solution before the objective is tuned, forecasts need a train and validation split, and evaluation problems must state metric direction, normalization and weight source.
Intermediate data such as cleaned-data summaries, parameters, iteration history, constraint checks, sensitivity analysis and run logs are saved under figures/ or code/outputs/. Charts are vector PDFs in figures/, with no large title inside the image, since the paper caption supplies it. Flowcharts and architecture diagrams go to the 4drawio stage, and paper text to 5writing. The SKILL.md is written in Chinese.

Math Modeling Code and Figures loads about 444 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 31 tokens; SKILL.md has 94 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check noted patterns worth knowing about, such as sudo or a known installer.
allowed-tools: Bash(*), Read, Write, Edit, Grep, Glob, Agent, WebSearch, WebFetchAutomated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Without a licence we can't republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 94 words (~444 tokens).
“本 skill 承接 2analysis-modeling。目标是把 reports/ANALYSIS_MODELING_REPORT.md 里的模型和算法落实为可复现程序,跑出可信结果,并生成论文中需要的数据型图表。”

Math Modeling Code and Figures fits situations like: implementing the models from a math modeling analysis report as runnable code; validating constraints and sensitivity of a solution before the paper is written; producing vector PDF charts for prediction, optimization or evaluation results.
Run `npx skills add jihe520/MathModelAgent --skill 3coding-visual -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/3coding-visual in jihe520/MathModelAgent) into .claude/skills/3coding-visual in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add jihe520/MathModelAgent --skill 3coding-visual -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/3coding-visual in jihe520/MathModelAgent) into .agents/skills/3coding-visual in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add jihe520/MathModelAgent --skill 3coding-visual -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/3coding-visual, .gemini/skills/3coding-visual, .github/skills/3coding-visual and .opencode/skills/3coding-visual in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Math Modeling Code and Figures is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: A finished ANALYSIS_MODELING_REPORT.md and plan.md from the earlier stages. Its frontmatter pre-approves these tools: Bash(*), Read, Write, Edit, Grep, Glob, Agent, WebSearch, WebFetch.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found notes only (pre-approves every shell command (allowed-tools: bash)), nothing it rates as a warning. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
No licence was found for Math Modeling Code and Figures or its repository. Without one, default copyright applies: ask the author before reusing or redistributing it.
About 444 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 1.8k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
