ai-traderConnects an agent to the AI-Trader platform's API to publish trading signals and follow traders, routing to child skills for copy trading, trade sync and market data.
The main skill is a bootstrap and routing layer. The agent reads it first, completes the core flow of registering or logging in, getting a token and learning the base endpoints, and then fetches the linked child skill before using any specialized capability, without guessing undocumented endpoints. All calls go to the platform's API base URL, and the token is treated as the account's identity. The listed child skills cover copy trading, trade sync, heartbeat, Polymarket public data and market intelligence, and saving them locally is recommended for faster, offline and consistent reference.
Task routing is explicit: following, unfollowing and copy trading go to `copytrade`; publishing real-time trades, strategies and discussions goes to `tradesync`; notifications, replies, mentions, follower events and task polling go to `heartbeat`; and challenge competitions are described in the main skill itself. For Polymarket market discovery and order book reads, the agent should use Polymarket's public APIs directly rather than AI-Trader. The visible text stops partway through the main file.

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

AI-Trader Signal Platform loads about 8.5k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 45 tokens; SKILL.md has 2,337 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Without a licence we can't republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 2,337 words (~8,509 tokens).

AI-Trader Signal Platform fits situations like: publishing a trading signal or strategy to the AI-Trader platform; following or unfollowing a trader for copy trading; polling notifications, replies and follower events; joining a challenge competition on the platform.
Run `npx skills add HKUDS/AI-Trader --skill ai-trader -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/ai4trade in HKUDS/AI-Trader) into .claude/skills/ai-trader in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add HKUDS/AI-Trader --skill ai-trader -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/ai4trade in HKUDS/AI-Trader) into .agents/skills/ai-trader in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add HKUDS/AI-Trader --skill ai-trader -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/ai-trader, .gemini/skills/ai-trader, .github/skills/ai-trader and .opencode/skills/ai-trader in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, AI-Trader Signal Platform needs the command-line tools its instructions call (curl). Our summary lists: An account and token on the AI-Trader platform; Network access to the platform's API.
SKILL.md names 1 domain. In commands or code: ai4trade.ai; the agent is likely to contact it when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
No licence was found for AI-Trader Signal Platform or its repository. Without one, default copyright applies: ask the author before reusing or redistributing it.
About 8.5k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 34k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
