tigeropenCovers the Tiger Brokers OpenAPI Python SDK for market data, stock, futures and options trading, push subscriptions, a CLI and an MCP server, defaulting to paper trading.
The skill is organized as seven reference guides the agent loads by task: quickstart (install, authentication, client setup, error codes), market data (quotes, K-lines, depth, ticks, capital flow, scanner), trading (market, limit, stop and algorithmic orders, positions, assets, transfers), options (chains, Greeks, multi-leg combinations), real-time push through PushClient, the tigeropen command-line tool with table, JSON or CSV output, and an MCP server that exposes the API as tools for editors such as Cursor and Claude Code.
Because trading uses real money, generated code defaults to a paper account unless you explicitly ask for live trading. Before any live place_order call the agent calls preview_order to show estimated fees, lays out the order in a table, and stops until you confirm; it never submits automatically. It replies in the language you write in, English or Chinese, and keeps code and API names unchanged. It requires Python 3.8 or newer, pip and a Tiger Brokers developer account.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 2e93d9a. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Tiger Brokers OpenAPI SDK loads about 1.4k tokens when it runs, and up to ~45k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 193 tokens; SKILL.md has 347 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

安全警告 / Safety Warning: 交易涉及真实资金。生成交易代码时默认使用模拟账户(Paper Trading),除非用户明确要求实盘。实盘下单前必须:1) 调用
preview_order()展示预估佣金;2) 以表格展示订单详情;3) 停止并等待用户明确确认后才能调用place_order()。 Trading involves real money. Default to Paper Trading unless the user explicitly requests live trading. Before any liveplace_order()call: 1) callpreview_order()and show estimated fees, 2) display order details in a table, 3) stop and wait for explicit user confirmation — never auto-submit.

Covers the Tiger Brokers OpenAPI Python SDK for market data, stock, futures and options trading, push subscriptions, a CLI and an MCP server, defaulting to paper trading.
Tiger Brokers OpenAPI SDK fits situations like: setting up the tigeropen SDK and authenticating against your developer account; querying quotes, K-lines or option chains from Tiger Brokers; building a trading script that previews orders before sending them; exposing the Tiger API to an AI editor as MCP tools.
Run `npx skills add qusong0627/QuantMind --skill tigeropen -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/tigeropen in qusong0627/QuantMind) into .claude/skills/tigeropen in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add qusong0627/QuantMind --skill tigeropen -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/tigeropen in qusong0627/QuantMind) into .agents/skills/tigeropen in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add qusong0627/QuantMind --skill tigeropen -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/tigeropen, .gemini/skills/tigeropen, .github/skills/tigeropen and .opencode/skills/tigeropen in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Tiger Brokers OpenAPI SDK needs the command-line tools its instructions call (pip). Our summary lists: Python 3.8 or newer and pip; A Tiger Brokers developer account. Compatibility (from SKILL.md): Requires Python 3.8+, pip, and a Tiger Brokers developer account.
SKILL.md names 2 domains. As links in the text: docs.itigerup.com and github.com. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Tiger Brokers OpenAPI SDK is published under the Apache-2.0 licence (declared in SKILL.md). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 1.4k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 5.5k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 44k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
Skills that share tags, products or a category with Tiger Brokers OpenAPI SDK: Polymarket Tennis (livetennisapi/livetennisapi-mcp, 152 stars), MCP Server Builder (anthropics/skills, 180k stars), MCP Server Builder (shareAI-lab/learn-claude-code, 78k stars) and Tradingview MCP (atilaahmettaner/tradingview-mcp, 5k stars).
