customer-journey-mapping-workshopWalks a product manager through a customer journey map one question at a time, from persona and scenario to pain points and opportunities.
The agent runs a facilitated workshop built on the NNGroup journey map framework. It asks adaptive questions, one at a time, about the actor (the persona), the scenario and goal, the journey phases, the actions, mindsets and emotions within each phase, and the opportunities for improvement. Anything supplied with the request, such as a persona, a scenario, known phases or research notes, counts as an answer already given and is not asked again.
The result is a journey map that lays the end-to-end experience out as a timeline, with emotions and pain points attached to each stage. The skill frames it as a discovery and alignment tool for building a shared view of the customer experience, not a feature roadmap or a list of assumed solutions. You can start with nothing at all, and the workshop opens with the question about who the actor is.
5 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 1b5a524. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md (its code samples are markdown).
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

Customer Journey Mapping Workshop loads about 4.7k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 55 tokens; SKILL.md has 1,509 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 1,509 words (~4,660 tokens).

The agent runs a facilitated workshop built on the NNGroup journey map framework. It asks adaptive questions, one at a time, about the actor (the persona), the scenario and goal, the journey phases, the actions, mindsets and emotions within each phase, and the opportunities for improvement.
Customer Journey Mapping Workshop fits situations like: mapping how a persona moves through a goal from first discovery to support; finding where an experience breaks down before deciding what to build; aligning a team on one picture of the customer experience.
Run `npx skills add deanpeters/Product-Manager-Skills --skill customer-journey-mapping-workshop -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/customer-journey-mapping-workshop in deanpeters/Product-Manager-Skills) into .claude/skills/customer-journey-mapping-workshop in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add deanpeters/Product-Manager-Skills --skill customer-journey-mapping-workshop -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/customer-journey-mapping-workshop in deanpeters/Product-Manager-Skills) into .agents/skills/customer-journey-mapping-workshop in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add deanpeters/Product-Manager-Skills --skill customer-journey-mapping-workshop -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/customer-journey-mapping-workshop, .gemini/skills/customer-journey-mapping-workshop, .github/skills/customer-journey-mapping-workshop and .opencode/skills/customer-journey-mapping-workshop in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Customer Journey Mapping Workshop is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Customer Journey Mapping Workshop has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 4.7k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 19k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
