Dotagents Standard
getknit/knit
Set up, author, and navigate the dotagents standard — a slim AGENTS.md "router" at the repository root plus a hidden .agents/ directory (rules, context, memory, personas, skills, specs, logs, tasks)…
Generates a tree of AGENTS.md files for a repository, one at the root and more in complex subdirectories, so agents learn its structure and conventions.

init-deepGenerates a tree of AGENTS.md files for a repository, one at the root and more in complex subdirectories, so agents learn its structure and conventions.
Run as the /init-deep command, this skill measures the repository, scores directories by complexity and writes an AGENTS.md at the root plus one in each subdirectory that earns it. A size formula decides how much work to spread out: small repos are handled inline, larger ones through a map and reduce pipeline in which cheap scanner nodes record facts per chunk and heavier writer nodes each own a separate subtree.
A final node writes the root file from digests alone and another checks every generated file. The main session never reads the scanner reports, only the verdict, which keeps its context small however large the repo is. By default it updates existing files; the --create-new option reads the current ones first, deletes them and regenerates, and --max-depth limits how deep it goes, with a default of 3.

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit cbd7dd2. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
gitnodeFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md. Its commands use git, which can reach the network depending on how they are called.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Init Deep AGENTS.md Generator loads about 3.5k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 41 tokens; SKILL.md has 865 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 865 words (~3,545 tokens).
“Generate hierarchical AGENTS.md files: root + complexity-scored subdirectories, produced by a size-formula-driven dag map-reduce (quick scanners -> unspecified-high writers) so the main session's context stays flat at any repo size.”

getknit/knit
Set up, author, and navigate the dotagents standard — a slim AGENTS.md "router" at the repository root plus a hidden .agents/ directory (rules, context, memory, personas, skills, specs, logs, tasks)…
cocoindex-io/cocoindex-code
Semantic code search and index management with the ccc CLI: the agent initializes, indexes and queries the project by concept, filtering by language or path.
yamadashy/repomix
Packs a local directory or remote GitHub repository into one AI-friendly file with Repomix, then searches it to explore structure, find patterns and count tokens.
Ruhan-Wang/Harness_Handbook
Generates, refreshes, validates and uses a compact handbook that maps where a change touches in a repository, using the active Codex session and no external LLM API.
JordanCoin/codemap
Gives an agent a quick map of a codebase's structure, dependencies, changes and handoffs, and tunes per-project config so the output stays code-first.
Helweg/open-codebase-index
Chooses the right retrieval tool for code questions: compact context for unfamiliar repos, direct lookup for known symbols, call graphs for relationships and grep for exhaustive matches.
code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent
Searches and rewrites code by syntax-tree shape across 25 languages with ast-grep, for codemods, structural queries and YAML lint rules, using a Python wrapper script.
code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent
Drives a real browser through the omowright library, either the user's own signed-in browser or a separate browser the code launches, for forms, QA, screenshots and scraping.
code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent
Tests the omo Codex plugin in an isolated CODEX_HOME with a local mock model, proving hooks fired through app-server notifications without touching ~/.codex.
code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent
Finds, reads and reconstructs past coding-agent sessions across Codex, Claude, OpenCode, Senpi and many other local agent logs.
code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent
Detects which languages a project uses, installs the matching language server, writes its config and checks it with a real call so diagnostics and go-to-definition work.
code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent
Tests the opencode coding agent itself: its CLI, server, plugin hooks and events, the terminal UI under tmux, and its SQLite session database, using tested helper scripts.

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Init Deep AGENTS.md Generator needs the command-line tools its instructions call (git and node). Our summary lists: An omo agent setup with dag task support; A repository to scan.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use git, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Init Deep AGENTS.md Generator has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 3.5k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 14k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
