codex-qaTests the omo Codex plugin in an isolated CODEX_HOME with a local mock model, proving hooks fired through app-server notifications without touching ~/.codex.
The skill covers QA of the omo Codex Light edition (packages/omo-codex, shipped as lazycodex). Everything runs against a real Codex with a temporary CODEX_HOME and a local mock model provider, so no real model API is called and your own ~/.codex is neither read nor written. Each script checksums config.toml before and after to show that it stayed unchanged.
The main method drives codex app-server and asserts that hook/started and hook/completed notifications arrive, which counts as proof that a plugin hook fired, in place of log scraping. Other scripts verify an isolated install, probe individual hooks, run a tmux smoke test of the terminal UI and an LSP end-to-end check, and every helper ships a --self-test. References cover isolation, logging and debugging with RUST_LOG, and a Docker route that is the default QA surface, with local scripts as the fallback.
Captured JSON and pane output are saved as evidence under .omo/evidence in a dated folder that stays gitignored, while the pull request carries the summary. The scripts were verified against codex-cli 0.140.0 with node, jq, tmux and bun on macOS.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit ab81169. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.

Codex Plugin QA loads about 1.9k tokens when it runs, and up to ~6.1k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 244 tokens; SKILL.md has 768 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 768 words (~1,948 tokens).

asheshgoplani/agent-deck
Reproduce agent-deck bugs from an issue, transcript excerpt, or description in an isolated environment, and prove fixes with the same reproduction and a regression test.
warpdotdev/warp
Runs Warp's terminal UI for real, drives it with keystrokes and reads the rendered screen back to confirm that a change looks and behaves as intended.
bytedance/deer-flow
Walks through an end-to-end smoke test of a DeerFlow deployment: pull the latest code, deploy with Docker or locally, verify services, run health checks and write a report.
steipete/CodexBar
Runs live QA for the CodexBar app: provider usage matrix checks through its packaged CLI, config validation and menu checks, with 1Password-backed credentials handled safely.
AMAP-ML/LongHorizon-Harness
Reproduce CUA-Harness experiments on WeaveBench from a GitHub checkout.
code-yeongyu/senpi
Checks changes to the senpi coding agent by driving the real CLI from source in an isolated sandbox, over RPC, terminal UI, mock model and CLI smoke channels.
code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent
Drives a real browser through the omowright library, either the user's own signed-in browser or a separate browser the code launches, for forms, QA, screenshots and scraping.
code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent
Finds, reads and reconstructs past coding-agent sessions across Codex, Claude, OpenCode, Senpi and many other local agent logs.
code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent
Searches and rewrites code by syntax-tree shape across 25 languages with ast-grep, for codemods, structural queries and YAML lint rules, using a Python wrapper script.
code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent
Detects which languages a project uses, installs the matching language server, writes its config and checks it with a real call so diagnostics and go-to-definition work.
code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent
Tests the opencode coding agent itself: its CLI, server, plugin hooks and events, the terminal UI under tmux, and its SQLite session database, using tested helper scripts.
code-yeongyu/oh-my-openagent
Explore-first planning that turns a vague or large request into one decision-complete work plan, written only after your approval and executed by a separate worker.

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Codex Plugin QA needs a shell and JavaScript for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (bash, codex, node and bun). Our summary lists: The codex CLI; node, jq, tmux and bun; Docker for the default QA route.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Codex Plugin QA has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 1.9k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 7.8k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 4.1k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
