enterprise-salesPrepares account managers for visits to government and enterprise customers: looks up the customer file, matches products, builds a Word solution document and files visit minutes.
The skill follows a fixed order for visits to government and enterprise customers. It first searches a customer-file knowledge base, falling back to a CRM customer profile and asking you for details if nothing turns up. It then judges the customer's industry to choose matching products, such as enterprise communications cloud, cloud security, AI video analysis, smart park management or an enterprise large-model platform, and searches the knowledge base for product material, industry solutions, cases and competitor comparisons.
To produce a solution it reads the bundled gen_solution.js script, assembles the product list as JSON with name, quantity, unit price and subtotal, and runs it with Node to write a Word document holding the customer, a needs analysis, a recommended product table, advantages and an after-sales commitment.
After a visit it turns spoken notes into minutes with fixed fields (time, customer, attendees, key points, concerns, next actions), saves them as a Markdown file, adds customer preferences to cross-session memory, and opens an approval ticket whenever a complaint or major request such as a discount or compensation appears, with no promises made before approval. The SKILL.md is in Chinese.

Enterprise Customer Visit Playbook loads about 458 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 18 tokens; SKILL.md has 128 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Enterprise Customer Visit Playbook needs JavaScript for the scripts in its folder. Our summary lists: Node, to run scripts/gen_solution.js; A customer-file knowledge base and CRM access through the platform's tools.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
Enterprise Customer Visit Playbook is published under the MIT licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 458 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 1.8k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
Skills that share tags, products or a category with Enterprise Customer Visit Playbook: Paw Pa Generation (pawbytes/skill-suites, 113 stars), Lead-to-Payment Sales Flow (hewi333/Mom-n-Pop-Skills, 122 stars), Sales (XiaomiMiMo/MiMo-Code, 14k stars) and Sales Script (shawnpang/startup-founder-skills, 343 stars). The comparison table on this page puts their stars, adoption, token cost, safety result and licence side by side.
