- vs. 登记时的初始敞口范围（我们的预判是否准确？）
- 计提准确性（如有计提）：账面 vs. 实际
4. 反思教训
两到三句话。我们哪些判断正确？哪些误判了？登记时本应更早标注什么？
这是未来律师会重读的部分。诚实。"误判了可能性——原告方比预期更激进"比"结果对我方有利"更有价值。
5. 文件关联提示
和解协议、终局裁定、撤诉裁定——如有路径。非必填。
