This skill turns approved customer source material into a story draft that avoids generic case-study copy. The agent confirms whether you want a narrative story or a metric-forward story page, loads only approved inputs such as transcripts, notes, briefs, CRM context, content-library assets and permission notes, and extracts the person, business problem, workflow, product role, outcomes, exact quotes and missing facts. Verified claims are kept apart from claims that need sourcing or approval.
The output has a recommended title, a short summary, the draft, a quote and claim checklist, open questions and an approval checklist covering quotes, metrics, customer, brand and legal sign-off. Guardrails forbid inventing quotes, metrics, timelines, tools or approvals, keep customer names, logos, quotes and metrics out of public copy until approved, and require human review before anything is published or shared. Zapier MCP can fetch the source material, and the Zapier SDK can run intake, review routing and reminders as a repeatable workflow.
