prOpens a draft GitHub pull request with a conventional title and explicit body, then drives CI review rounds before marking it ready.
This skill opens a draft GitHub pull request for the current branch and drives it through CI review rounds until it is ready. It analyzes the commits since the branch diverged from main, pushes to the remote, creates the PR as a draft and flips it to ready only once every review verdict is a go. A review-round.sh helper supports the rounds.
Titles follow conventional commit format (feat, fix, refactor, docs, chore or perf), stay under 70 characters, use lowercase imperative mood with no trailing period, and get an ee prefix when enterprise files ending in _ee.rs changed. The body must spell out what changed. When the diff touches the frontend folder, screenshots of the affected UI are required: the agent verifies the change in the browser, captures each page with the Playwright MCP tool and hosts the images in a public screenshots repository through the GitHub API, piping base64 through stdin to avoid argument-length failures.
4 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit eab3dd5. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Ships script files (Shell), which the agent can run.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
gitghbashjqcargoFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
Hosts in commands or code, which the agent is likely to contact:
raw.githubusercontent.comFrom URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Draft PR with CI Rounds loads about 3.4k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 32 tokens; SKILL.md has 1,832 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 1,832 words (~3,381 tokens).

Draft PR with CI Rounds fits situations like: opening a pull request for the current branch; writing a conventional-commit PR title and a clear change summary; adding screenshots of affected UI to a frontend PR; driving CI review rounds until every verdict is a go.
Run `npx skills add windmill-labs/windmill --skill pr -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (.agents/skills/pr in windmill-labs/windmill) into .claude/skills/pr in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add windmill-labs/windmill --skill pr -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (.agents/skills/pr in windmill-labs/windmill) into .agents/skills/pr in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add windmill-labs/windmill --skill pr -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/pr, .gemini/skills/pr, .github/skills/pr and .opencode/skills/pr in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Draft PR with CI Rounds needs a shell for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (git, gh, bash, jq and cargo). Our summary lists: GitHub CLI (gh), authenticated; Playwright MCP for UI screenshots.
SKILL.md names 1 domain. In commands or code: raw.githubusercontent.com; the agent is likely to contact it when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Draft PR with CI Rounds has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 3.4k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 14k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
