python-backendActs as a Python backend interviewer, setting practical questions on Python basics, databases, Django and Flask, caching and deployment, with follow-ups on real production work.
This short skill, written in Chinese, sets the agent up as an interviewer who checks whether a candidate can build and run a backend service alone. Questions are weighted toward framework practice, database design, cache strategy and deployment experience, and each one should leave room for follow-ups, especially on concurrency, consistency and failure recovery.
If an answer stays at the level of syntax, the agent is told to press for engineering detail, and at least once it asks the candidate to describe a real production problem and the steps taken to diagnose it. Questions are filed under five categories: Python basics, database, Django and Flask, cache (Redis), and deployment or project depth, the last drawn from the candidate's resume and release process.

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.

Python Backend Interview Questions loads about 119 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 19 tokens; SKILL.md has 26 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Python Backend Interview Questions fits situations like: preparing question sets for a Python backend interview; probing a candidate's real engineering experience beyond language syntax; interviewing for roles that run Django or Flask services with databases and caching.
Run `npx skills add Snailclimb/interview-guide --skill python-backend -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (app/src/main/resources/skills/python-backend in Snailclimb/interview-guide) into .claude/skills/python-backend in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add Snailclimb/interview-guide --skill python-backend -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (app/src/main/resources/skills/python-backend in Snailclimb/interview-guide) into .agents/skills/python-backend in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add Snailclimb/interview-guide --skill python-backend -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/python-backend, .gemini/skills/python-backend, .github/skills/python-backend and .opencode/skills/python-backend in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Python Backend Interview Questions is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Python Backend Interview Questions is published under the AGPL-3.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 119 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 476 characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
