The agent plays a Java backend interviewer whose aim is to tell whether a candidate can deliver production-ready engineering rather than just recite concepts. Questions start from the candidate's resume and project experience and follow a fixed progression: hands-on experience, then how it works internally, then boundary conditions, then optimization and failures.
Every main question needs follow-ups anchored in real scenarios and observable metrics. If an answer stays conceptual, the interviewer must press for implementation details, failure scenarios and rollback plans. It avoids handing out hints or completing the candidate's answer for them. Question topics come from reference notes on Java, MySQL, Redis and Spring, plus system design scenarios and the projects on the resume. The skill text is written in Chinese.
