krillinai-ttsGenerates target-language dubbing audio from an SRT subtitle file with the KrillinAI CLI, and optionally a dubbed video.
This skill handles the text-to-speech stage of the KrillinAI command-line workflow: generating target-language dubbing from an SRT subtitle file, and optionally a dubbed video when the source video is supplied. It points to a shared CLI contract reference for binary location, working directory, configuration and JSON behavior.
The command takes a work directory and the translated SRT, plus an optional video. Line mode controls whether only target-language lines are voiced or bilingual lines are used with the target on top or on the bottom, a voice name and a voice clone source can be given where the provider supports them, and a dry-run flag checks the command shape. The TTS provider must be set in the config.toml of the execution directory.
Outputs are a final audio WAV and, when a video is available, a video with the dubbed track. Verification asks for terminal JSON reporting success, a non-empty WAV, and an ffprobe check of duration and audio stream on the video.

KrillinAI Dubbing loads about 428 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 41 tokens; SKILL.md has 133 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: KrillinAI Dubbing is instructions for the agent only. Our summary lists: The KrillinAI command-line tool; A TTS provider configured in config/config.toml of the execution directory; ffprobe, to check the dubbed video.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
KrillinAI Dubbing is published under the Apache-2.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 428 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 1.7k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
