krillinai-cliRoutes agents to the right KrillinAI command for subtitles, dubbing, video rendering, covers and speech, and explains how to read its JSON and manifest output.
This is the top-level routing skill for KrillinAI command-line work. It shows how to build both KrillinAI binaries with the repository script pnpm krillinai:build and how to locate the CLI for the current platform. The CLI loads config/config.toml relative to its working directory, so real runs from a source checkout use runtime/krillinai with a config copied from config-example.toml.
A table maps intent to command: subtitle for source, target, bilingual and short vertical subtitles; tts for dubbing from subtitles; render-horizontal and render-vertical for landscape and portrait videos; cover for a cover image; speech for plain text to speech; voices for Aliyun, OpenAI or MiniMax voice codes; and pipeline --dry-run for checking multi-stage plans. Running pipeline without dry-run returns unsupported_command, and status is reserved.
The operating rules ask the agent to use a dedicated --workdir, validate with --dry-run before external calls, parse stdout as JSON lines, and treat krillinai_manifest.json and the actual output files as the source of truth. Failures are classified by error.kind as usage, retryable, dependency or internal. Fuller detail lives in references/cli-contract.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit b674f25. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
Shell commands in SKILL.md call:
nodepnpmFrom the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
Hosts in commands or code, which the agent is likely to contact:
youtube.comFrom URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
KrillinAI CLI Operator loads about 869 tokens when it runs, and up to ~2.2k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 52 tokens; SKILL.md has 318 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

Build both KrillinAI binaries through the repository script:
pnpm krillinai:buildFor the current machine, locate the CLI without assuming a platform or architecture:
TARGET="$(node -p "process.platform + '-' + process.arch")"
SUFFIX="$(node -p "process.platform === 'win32' ? '.exe' : ''")"
KRILLINAI_CLI="$PWD/.runtime/build/krillinai/$TARGET/bin/krillinai-cli$SUFFIX"
test -f "$KRILLINAI_CLI"The CLI loads config/config.toml relative to its process working directory. For real runs from a source checkout, use runtime/krillinai as the process working directory and create its ignored config/config.toml from config/config-example.toml without overwriting an existing file. A release archive should be run from its unpacked package root.

Run `npx skills add krillinai/OpenCreator --skill krillinai-cli -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/krillinai-cli in krillinai/OpenCreator) into .claude/skills/krillinai-cli in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, KrillinAI CLI Operator needs the command-line tools its instructions call (node and pnpm). Our summary lists: Node.js and pnpm to build the CLI; A config/config.toml created from config-example.toml.
SKILL.md names 1 domain. In commands or code: youtube.com; the agent is likely to contact it when it follows the instructions. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
KrillinAI CLI Operator is published under the Apache-2.0 licence (the repository's licence). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 869 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.5k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 1.3k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
Skills that share tags, products or a category with KrillinAI CLI Operator: Vox Explainer (CK42BB/vox-explainer-skill, 109 stars), Web Video Presentation (ConardLi/garden-skills, 13k stars), Videohub Story Editor (cacity/VideoHub, 168 stars) and Tts Skill (Pluviobyte/rnskill, 1.6k stars).
