explainer-video-guideGuides explainer video production from script formulas and pacing rules to scene generation with the inference.sh command line.
This guide covers making an explainer video from script to final cut with the inference.sh command line, infsh. It gives three script structures with timings, each laid out as a table of sections, durations and rough word counts: Problem-Agitate-Solve for 60 seconds, Before-After-Bridge for 90 seconds, and a 30-second Feature Spotlight for social.
Pacing rules set narration speed at about 150 words per minute for standard narration, 120 for complex or technical material, 170 for energetic social clips and 100 for children's content. The key rule is one scene per key message, with duration guidelines for establishing shots, feature demonstrations, on-screen text, transitions and call-to-action screens. The visual section shows infsh commands that generate scenes with a video model, including product-in-context scenes and image-to-video, and the allowed tool is limited to infsh commands.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 743f46c. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves these tools, so the agent can use them without asking each time:
Bash(infsh *)From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.

Explainer Video Guide loads about 2.2k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 120 tokens; SKILL.md has 540 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 540 words (~2,162 tokens).
