Deep Research Workflow
TokenRhythm/opensquilla
Runs multi-round research in three stages with a persisted state file, evidence tracking and a long-form report with per-claim citations.
Check claim-to-evidence links, citation fields, conflicts, and unsupported language before writing a research brief.

Citation Audit is an agent skill from Exekiel179/psyclaw. Check claim-to-evidence links, citation fields, conflicts, and unsupported language before writing a research brief.
Its SKILL.md is about 240 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It sits in Research & Science, covering Citation management and Deep research. The licence is MIT.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 452ec79. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Citation Audit loads about 242 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 33 tokens; SKILL.md has 110 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from Exekiel179/psyclaw at commit 452ec79, republished under its MIT licence (© Exekiel179). 110 words, ~242 tokens.
.claude/skills/citation-audit/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder).Split factual statements into Claims. Require a qualifying source and locator for every supported Claim, preserve contradictory evidence, and downgrade uncertainty instead of filling gaps. A title match, abstract-only record, or model memory is not proof of a result or causal statement.
These are internal checks. In the manuscript and normal conversation, use natural disciplinary prose rather than exposing Claim/Evidence IDs, ledgers, gates, audit labels, or blocked states. For the final reference check, enforce bidirectional matching between in-text citations and the reference list, consistent target style, correct work type, complete verified metadata, stable DOI, alphabetical or numbered ordering as required, and hanging indentation where the style requires it.

Citation Audit fits situations like: tasks that involve Citation management; tasks that involve Deep research.
Run `npx skills add Exekiel179/psyclaw --skill citation-audit -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/core/citation-audit in Exekiel179/psyclaw) into .claude/skills/citation-audit in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add Exekiel179/psyclaw --skill citation-audit -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/core/citation-audit in Exekiel179/psyclaw) into .agents/skills/citation-audit in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add Exekiel179/psyclaw --skill citation-audit -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/citation-audit, .gemini/skills/citation-audit, .github/skills/citation-audit and .opencode/skills/citation-audit in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Citation Audit is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Citation Audit is published under the MIT licence (declared in SKILL.md). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 242 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 968 characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
