Analysis Plan is an agent skill from Exekiel179/psyclaw. Soft-takeover stats planning in analysis mode — light EDA, per-analysis human choices, typed ritual approval before execute, optional auto mode, then local scripts (MCP only when needed).
Its SKILL.md is about 650 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It works with Model Context Protocol. The licence is MIT.
7 steps, taken from the first numbered list in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 452ec79. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Analysis Plan loads about 646 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 50 tokens; SKILL.md has 315 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
The full file from Exekiel179/psyclaw at commit 452ec79, republished under its MIT licence (© Exekiel179). 315 words, ~646 tokens.
.claude/skills/analysis-plan/SKILL.md (or your agent's skills folder).Use this skill only in analysis mode. Do not start academic/ARS writing from here.
Clarify + light EDA — Inspect data/clean once; write a compact profile. Ask only high-value clarifying questions.
Per-analysis choices (required) — Do not dump one mega-plan and stop. For each analysis you propose, present a short decision card:
Overall ritual approval (required unless /plan auto) — After every listed choice is decided, ask the user to type exactly:
我已审阅并批准本方案
Record that sentence as the approval ritual. Do not treat short tokens (可以 / ok / 继续) as execute authorization.
Auto mode — If the user said /plan auto, proceed without ritual, but every report/script summary must state 「未经人审批」.
Crosscheck / verify (human-gated) — Do not start /crosscheck or /verify automatically. After scripts (or before a costly pass), ask whether to open that block; only run it after an explicit yes. Skipping must mark 「未经核对」.
Execute — Local reproducible scripts under analysis/scripts/ by default; MCP only for special backends or explicit request.
Handoff — Update analysis/HANDOFF.md before academic mode. Final Panel「核实」remains required for completion.
Never tell the user “分析方法已经足够了” as a closing statement. If the plan is getting long, still offer another concrete method as option 1, and only then offer「已经足够」as an explicit selectable option.
Keep state in analysis/plans/ (/plan new|status|auto|human|run|defer|handoff). Soft「可以」acknowledges a node; the typed ritual authorizes run when approvalMode=human.

SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Analysis Plan is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Analysis Plan is published under the MIT licence (declared in SKILL.md). It allows redistribution, so the full SKILL.md is shown on this page.
About 646 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 2.6k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
