A skill your agent uses for authorized Lotti maintainer work that needs private durable task tracking, issue dependencies, blocker management, multi-session handoff, or shared agent memory.
Rules for several agents sharing one repository: an orchestrator tracks work in two tiers, workers write to scratch files, and every handoff leaves a pointer to an artifact.

swarm-coordinationRules for several agents sharing one repository: an orchestrator tracks work in two tiers, workers write to scratch files, and every handoff leaves a pointer to an artifact.
The skill sets protocols for running more than one Claude Code agent in the same codebase without collisions. Task tracking has two tiers. GitHub Issues, or a committed `ISSUES.md` when a repo has no tracker, keep the durable record of what was asked and how it ended, while the orchestrator's native task list holds in-flight work, one task per item with explicit acceptance criteria. Workers do not keep task lists of their own.
Workers write results to files under `scratchpad/`, one per task, and only lasting artifacts such as ADRs, plans and PRDs go to `artifacts/`. The orchestrator creates those output targets before dispatching workers, then reads and synthesizes what they wrote. Hooks manage file locks that agents are expected to respect, and `.claude/hooks/.file-tracker.log` shows recent edits. Checklists for starting, working and finishing cover small atomic changes, frequent commits, running tests and closing the task with its result.

Swarm Coordination loads about 1.6k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 67 tokens; SKILL.md has 745 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Without a licence we can't republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 745 words (~1,627 tokens).

Rules for several agents sharing one repository: an orchestrator tracks work in two tiers, workers write to scratch files, and every handoff leaves a pointer to an artifact. The skill sets protocols for running more than one Claude Code agent in the same codebase without collisions. Task tracking has two tiers.
Swarm Coordination fits situations like: running several agents in parallel on one repository; handing a task from one agent to another without losing state; deciding where to record durable versus in-progress work items; dispatching workers with focused, self-contained prompts.
Run `npx skills add dralgorhythm/claude-agentic-framework --skill swarm-coordination -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/operations/swarm-coordination in dralgorhythm/claude-agentic-framework) into .claude/skills/swarm-coordination in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add dralgorhythm/claude-agentic-framework --skill swarm-coordination -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (.claude/skills/operations/swarm-coordination in dralgorhythm/claude-agentic-framework) into .agents/skills/swarm-coordination in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add dralgorhythm/claude-agentic-framework --skill swarm-coordination -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/swarm-coordination, .gemini/skills/swarm-coordination, .github/skills/swarm-coordination and .opencode/skills/swarm-coordination in your project.
Going by SKILL.md and its folder, Swarm Coordination needs the command-line tools its instructions call (git). Our summary lists: File-lock hooks from the same agent framework; GitHub Issues or an ISSUES.md file for durable records.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Its commands use git, which can reach the network depending on how they are called. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
No licence was found for Swarm Coordination or its repository. Without one, default copyright applies: ask the author before reusing or redistributing it.
About 1.6k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 6.5k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
Skills that share tags, products or a category with Swarm Coordination: Beads (matthiasn/lotti, 1.2k stars), Gh Issues (serejaris/personal-corp-os, 229 stars), Agent Kanban Task Worker (saltbo/agent-kanban, 486 stars) and Orca CLI (stablyai/orca, 87k stars).
