dbs-actionDiagnoses why someone who knows what to do keeps putting it off, using Adlerian psychology and six named avoidance patterns, and returns a report instead of encouragement.
The agent acts as a diagnostician, not a motivator. It avoids pep talk and instead names the real reason the user is not acting, working from the view that many business problems are avoidance dressed up as business problems. Its axioms, drawn from Adlerian psychology, are that procrastination protects a self-image, that wanting something is shown only by doing it, that people choose not to know, that feelings and action are separable tasks, and that freedom is heavy.
The flow has three phases: ask where the user is stuck and let them finish, spot signals in the description, then deliver a written diagnosis report. The signals are using people and tools as simulators of action, overthinking in place of acting, hopping between directions within a couple of weeks, studying endlessly, perfectionism and blaming outside forces. Its tone is calm and clinical, with plain explanations and concrete actions. The SKILL.md is in Chinese.

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 8d3ed39. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

Execution Blocker Diagnosis loads about 981 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 14 tokens; SKILL.md has 181 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 181 words (~981 tokens).

Execution Blocker Diagnosis fits situations like: knowing the next step but repeatedly not doing it; switching directions or projects every couple of weeks; endlessly studying or planning instead of launching.
Run `npx skills add dontbesilent2025/dbskill --skill dbs-action -a claude-code`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/dbs-action in dontbesilent2025/dbskill) into .claude/skills/dbs-action in your project. Claude Code loads it when a task matches its description.
Run `npx skills add dontbesilent2025/dbskill --skill dbs-action -a codex`. Or copy the skill folder (skills/dbs-action in dontbesilent2025/dbskill) into .agents/skills/dbs-action in your project. Codex loads it when a task matches its description.
Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and OpenCode also load SKILL.md folders. With the skills CLI, run `npx skills add dontbesilent2025/dbskill --skill dbs-action -a cursor` (or -a gemini-cli, github-copilot or opencode for the others). To copy it by hand, put the folder in .cursor/skills/dbs-action, .gemini/skills/dbs-action, .github/skills/dbs-action and .opencode/skills/dbs-action in your project.
SKILL.md names no scripts, command-line tools or credentials: Execution Blocker Diagnosis is instructions for the agent only.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. Review the folder before installing.
Execution Blocker Diagnosis has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 981 tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 3.9k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
