Setting Pricing
GTM-Strategist/gtm-strategist-skills
A skill your agent uses when the user asks about pricing strategy, how to price their product, willingness-to-pay research, or business model design.
Evaluates a proposed pricing change by modeling its effect on ARPU, conversion, churn risk, expansion and CAC payback, for a go or no-go decision.

finance-based-pricing-advisorEvaluates a proposed pricing change by modeling its effect on ARPU, conversion, churn risk, expansion and CAC payback, for a go or no-go decision.
The skill assumes you already have a specific change in mind, such as a price increase, new tier, add-on or discount, and tests whether it makes financial sense. It examines revenue impact (the lift against losses from lower conversion or higher churn), conversion impact on trial-to-paid and sales, churn risk including grandfathering and segment differences, and expansion impact from premium tiers, usage-based pricing and add-ons, with supporting math and risk assessment.
It is explicitly not pricing strategy design: value-based pricing frameworks, willingness-to-pay research, competitive positioning, psychological pricing, packaging architecture and monetization model selection are out of scope. You provide the proposed change and current pricing, and it helps to add ARPU or ARPA, baselines for conversion and churn, NRR and who is pushing for the change.

Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 1b5a524. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.

Finance-Based Pricing Advisor loads about 5.9k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 41 tokens; SKILL.md has 2,796 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 2,796 words (~5,932 tokens).
“Evaluate the financial impact of pricing changes (price increases, new tiers, add-ons, discounts) using ARPU/ARPA analysis, conversion impact, churn risk, NRR effects, and CAC payback implications. Use this to make data-driven go/no-go decisions on proposed pricing changes with supporting math…”

Finance-Based Pricing Advisor has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 5.9k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 24k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
