business-health-diagnosticDiagnoses SaaS business health across growth, retention, unit economics and capital efficiency, then prioritizes fixes by urgency for board or quarterly reviews.
The diagnostic looks at four dimensions together: growth and retention (revenue growth, NRR, churn, quick ratio), unit economics (CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, payback, gross margin), capital efficiency (burn, runway, Rule of 40, magic number) and strategic position (pricing relative to market, moat, revenue concentration and how fixed costs scale). It is a holistic scorecard rather than a single-metric check, meant to surface systemic issues before board meetings, quarterly reviews or fundraising.
You bring whatever metrics exist, such as growth rate, NRR or GRR, CAC payback, burn multiple and runway, and partial data is fine because the skill flags what is missing; naming the occasion and your suspicions helps. It applies stage-specific benchmarks, for example for early stage below $10M ARR: growth above 50% year on year, LTV:CAC above 3:1, gross margin above 70% and runway above 12 months, with a separate set for the growth stage.
5 steps, taken from the step headings in SKILL.md.
Read from SKILL.md and the folder at commit 1b5a524. It shows what the files ask for, not the result of running them.
Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.
From the folder's file list and the shell code blocks in SKILL.md.
No URLs in SKILL.md.
From URLs in SKILL.md, links to its own repository left out.
Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
SaaS Business Health Diagnostic loads about 5.8k tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 44 tokens; SKILL.md has 2,688 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 2,688 words (~5,767 tokens).
“Diagnose overall SaaS business health by analyzing growth, retention, unit economics, and capital efficiency metrics together. Use this to identify problems early, prioritize actions by urgency, and deliver a comprehensive health scorecard for board meetings, quarterly reviews, or fundraising preparation.”

SaaS Business Health Diagnostic has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 5.8k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 23k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full.
