ulw-planActs as an explore-first planning consultant that studies the codebase and writes a single decision-complete work plan before any implementation starts.
This skill produces one work plan before coding begins and runs only when you explicitly ask for the ulw-plan workflow or a plan before implementation; it does not start on its own during a plain ulw run. It begins by exploring the codebase, then branches on whether your intent is clear or unclear, with a reference file for each case and another on calibrating the consultant's stance.
The skill also carries harness notes for the Senpi environment. Examples written for OpenCode, such as `call_omo_agent` and `background_output`, are translated to Senpi's native `task` and `task_output` tools, with task categories taken from the delegation router. Every plan gets a high-accuracy review by one native plan-reviewer pass over the full plan file, capped at five rounds unless you decline it or ask for no cap. Two bundled scripts, `scaffold-plan.mjs` and `plan-templates.mjs`, handle plan scaffolding and templates.

Ships 2 files in scripts/ (JavaScript), which the agent can run.

ULW Plan loads about 4.8k tokens when it runs, and up to ~18k if it reads all its reference files. Until then it costs about 60 tokens; SKILL.md has 2,586 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); the scripts in this folder are not scanned.
Its licence (Custom licence) doesn't allow us to republish the file, so here is its outline and opening line. It has 2,586 words (~4,814 tokens).
“This skill may include examples copied from the OpenCode harness. In Senpi, do not call OpenCode-only tools such as call_omo_agent(...), task(...), background_output(...), or team_*(...) literally. Translate those examples to Senpi native tools:”

ULW Plan fits situations like: an explicit request for the ulw-plan workflow; wanting a written plan with the decisions already made before any code changes; scoping a feature whose requirements are still unclear, ahead of implementation.

Going by SKILL.md and its folder, ULW Plan needs JavaScript for the scripts in its folder and the command-line tools its instructions call (node). Our summary lists: The Senpi harness with its native task and plan-reviewer tools; Node.js to run the bundled .mjs scaffolding scripts.
SKILL.md contains no URLs. Any network use would come from the scripts or tools the agent runs. This is read from the text; nothing was executed.
Our automated static check of SKILL.md found no risky patterns, such as piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files or hidden Unicode. It is not a guarantee. The check reads SKILL.md only: the scripts in the folder are not scanned, so read them before running anything.
ULW Plan has a licence file (the repository's licence) that doesn't match a standard licence. Read it on GitHub before reusing the skill.
About 4.8k tokens (SKILL.md is roughly 19k characters). Agents keep only the skill's name and description in context until a task matches; then they load SKILL.md in full. Its references folder adds about 14k tokens, read only when the agent opens those files.
