Jse Tju Literature Review is an agent skill from brycewang-stanford/Awesome-Journal-Skills. Use when building or revising the literature review for 《系统工程学报》 (Journal of Systems Engineering, Tianjin University), especially when the manuscript must connect domestic systems-engineering research, international theory and methods, recent articles in the journal, and a precise method-versus-application increment instead of presenting an author list.
Its SKILL.md is about 670 tokens, which your agent loads only when the skill is triggered. It is a single SKILL.md file with no bundled scripts.
It sits in Research & Science, covering Literature review. The repository describes itself as: Journal-specific Claude Code/Codex skill packs covering mainstream journals — AER, QJE, Nature, Cell, 管理世界, 经济研究 & 200+ more — your fast track to getting published. The licence is MIT.

Pre-approves nothing: there is no allowed-tools line, so your agent's usual permission prompts apply.
From allowed-tools in the SKILL.md frontmatter.
No scripts in the folder and no shell commands in SKILL.md.

Names no API keys, tokens, secrets or passwords.
From names ending in _API_KEY, _TOKEN, _SECRET, _KEY or _PASSWORD in SKILL.md.
Jse Tju Literature Review loads about 673 tokens when it runs. Until then it costs about 95 tokens; SKILL.md has 96 words of instructions outside code blocks.
Estimates: characters ÷ 4, the usual rule of thumb; real counts depend on the model's tokenizer. Scripts and assets cost tokens only if the agent reads them.
The automated check found no risky patterns in SKILL.md.
Automated static check — not a guarantee. Review scripts before installing. It scans the text of SKILL.md for risky patterns (piping downloads into a shell, reading credential files, hidden Unicode, destructive commands); files beside SKILL.md are not scanned.

本刊公开样本矩阵见 exemplars/library.md;引用时仍应回到
